BB Limited Company ("we") sets out below how information is handled when you use this website (www.bbonline.co.jp). This site has no account sign-up and no contact form, and we do not collect your name or contact details here.

1. What we collect

This site collects only analytics data used to improve it, plus a record of automated crawler visits. Enquiries and bookings are handled through Facebook Messenger or by phone, and nothing from those conversations is collected by this website.

2. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and roughly where they are browsing from. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell your data.

  • Cookies: Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and related) holding a randomly generated identifier. They contain no name, email address, or other personal detail.
  • What is collected: pages viewed, how you reached the site, device and browser type, and an approximate location (country or region) derived from your IP address by Google. We do not receive or store your IP address ourselves.
  • Who it is shared with: Google LLC, acting as our analytics provider. The data is retained for 14 months and then deleted.
  • How to opt out: block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking them does not affect your ability to browse this site.

3. Automated crawler logging

When automated software requests a page — a search engine crawler, or an AI assistant such as GPTBot, ClaudeBot or PerplexityBot — we record the page requested, the crawler’s own self-identified name, and the country of the request. This concerns automated software rather than human visitors and involves no personal data.

4. Sharing with third parties

Besides Google LLC above, this site is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. as our hosting provider. We do not share personal information with anyone else.

For questions about this policy, or to request disclosure or deletion of information we hold, write to privacy@bbonline.co.jp. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy to reflect changes in the law or in our practices. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
